Platform Role
Creative Crown India is a discovery, media and recognition platform. Bookings are agreements between artists and clients; we facilitate connection and curation.
Article 03
Artist Verification
We strive to verify artist profiles editorially. Verification is a quality signal, not a guarantee. Clients should perform their own due diligence.
Article 04
Bookings & Payments
Pricing, deposits and refunds are governed by the agreement between client and artist. Future versions may introduce platform-managed payments under separate terms.
Article 05
Founder Program
Founder memberships are limited and granted at our discretion. Benefits may evolve; founders will be informed of material changes.
Article 06
Magazine & Awards
Editorial features and award outcomes are at the discretion of the Creative Crown India editorial board.
Article 07
Prohibited Use
No misuse, scraping, impersonation, fraud, or content that violates law or dignity. Violations may lead to suspension and legal action.
Article 08
Intellectual Property
All Creative Crown India branding, content and design are protected. Artist-uploaded content remains the artist's, with a license for us to display and promote.
Article 09
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Crown India is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.
Article 10
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
