Can I upgrade or downgrade later?+
Yes — you can upgrade any time from your Artist Dashboard. Downgrades take effect on your next renewal date.
Do memberships auto-renew?+
Not right now. Renewal is manual — we'll email you before expiry so you never lose your verified status.
Do you provide GST invoices?+
Yes. Every paid order generates a GST-compliant invoice. Add your GSTIN during checkout to include it on the invoice.
What if Razorpay isn't live yet?+
The platform is architected to activate live payments automatically the moment Razorpay credentials are added. Until then, upgrades are handled by the CCI team.
